“ I absolutely love NYNY; more specifically the District Bar. The nightlife scene has never really been my cup of tea, so it’s surprising that as a burnt out hospitality business owner entering my 40’s, it’s now that I find myself wanting to go “out out” more regularly. This has to partly be affiliated to the warmth hospitality of Wayne behind the bar, Tracy the owner and the absolutely wonderful Athena, the drag hostess. Overall I’ve always felt comfortable here and my diverse mix of friends do too. Some of the reviews below are a bit harsh in my opinion. Hopefully any offences have been reported to GMP rather than just vented in a 1 star review!! I do agree that the toilets may be due a refresh in the future. ”
